This spectacular waterfront Mediterranean masterpiece has 7000 Sq.ft. of living space. The home is exquisitely appointed with the finest of materials and craftsmanship, providing you with the warmth of a home away from home.

Feel the stress leave as you drive into the one-acre estate through a canopy of grand oaks. Seclude yourself in this gated sanctuary while still being in the center of it all. Enjoy the expansive waterfront from almost every room of the villa. Large enough to provide privacy to each member of your group and yet provide plenty of space to eat, drink and be merry together. Enjoy the spacious pool deck between laps in the extra-large heated pool or just relax on the covered patio with a drink and watch the boats go by. We also have a wonderful hot tub for your enjoyment.

We just installed a brand new mesh network so if you do have to do a little work while you’re staying, you will have a strong internet connection.

Our property is located in a quiet family neighborhood. We love hosting family vacations for up to 12 people, but we are not suitable for parties or events. We strive to always keep our home in tip-top condition and don’t allow more than 12 guests at any time. We also do not allow visitors who are not registered with us.

The villa’s six bedrooms all have an attached full bathroom. The bathrooms are all appointed with ample linens.

There is a television in every bedroom, along with a large TV in the family room. The TVs all had Roku or Fire TV Stick.

We also provide beach towels, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent, coffee and coffee filters, salt and pepper, spices, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board.

Getting around is effortless: we’re just a short 10-minute drive from Las Olas Boulevard and 15 minutes from the beach. Uber/Lyft rides are plentiful from the gate. If you have your own car we’ll send detailed parking/garage instructions.

Prefer water travel? The estate fronts the New River and offers private boat dock access—perfect for a twilight cruise or water-taxi into downtown.

Public bus stop is nearby via Broward County Transit for budget-minded guests, though a car or ride-share is recommended for full convenience.
